Whenever we try launching a website, the application modeller is trained to work for that particular website/webpage only. Whenever a new windows popup/javascript popup appears, it is not a part of the original application hence the blue prism is unable to identify it. Hence, in such scenarios, its best to create a new object, spy just the popup, attach to it and perform your action. In this way, you are removing any chances of failures for the bot.

------------------------------
Manpreet Kaur
Manager
Deloitte
*If you find this post helpful mark it as Best Answer
------------------------------
Try creating new business object for the pop up, then attach and spy the the elements. Most of the times this works in case of pop ups !
