Hii , Iam unable to spy a pop where i need to choose options from it , and like allow camera pop up appears , and iam not able to spy on those pop up to select allow aptions. any suggestions on this please

Hellow @Gowtham Bopaiah , are you okay? So, you can reviewer your application modduler, and try make this generic for you brownser, or you can try create a new object and map this pop up how System, usually its work for me

Hi @Gowtham Bopaiah ! Try creating new business object for the pop up, then attach and spy the the elements. Most of the times this works in case of pop ups !

Hi @Gowtham Bopaiah ,

Whenever we try launching a website, the application modeller is trained to work for that particular website/webpage only. Whenever a new windows popup/javascript popup appears, it is not a part of the original application hence the blue prism is unable to identify it. Hence, in such scenarios, its best to create a new object, spy just the popup, attach to it and perform your action. In this way, you are removing any chances of failures for the bot.
