topic Hi Denis - I am successfully… in Product Forum

Hi Denis - I am successfully logging into Oracle R12 and navigating the main menu but encountering this error when trying to Invoke a JavaScript function (Launch the Oracle form).
Internal : Failed To perform Step 1 In Navigate Stage 'Click Oracle Form' on page 'Select Responsibility' - Failed while invoking javascript method:Exception from HRESULT: 0x80020101-> at MSHTML.IHTMLWindow2.execScript(String code, String language)
at BluePrism.ApplicationManager.HTML.clsHTMLDocument.InvokeJavascriptMethod(String methodname, String jsonargs, Object& retval, String& sErr)
The BP browser guide recommends in section 5.3 to place ""[]"" characters in the input fields which allows the web pages javascript to pass through.
It is a 64-bit system and java - worked through the JAB 2.0.2 due to the Java vs 6.0.18 for our Oracle setup.
Could this be a 32bit/64bit issue?
Is there something else you may recommend checking or trying?
Included screenshots for review.
Appreciate your time.

That sounds like a 32bit/64bit issue - I would go back and ensure you have the correct version of JAB installed for your app and Blue Prism is running in the correct application modeller mode. After that, the support team will need to be your next stop.
