    <description>Is this some kind of multiple session issue - where you are trying to connect to session A which you are either already connected to or which has not previously been exited/disconnected/closed correctly?&amp;nbsp; If this never happens the first time you launch after starting your PC it could suggest that is the case and you should evaluate how you are closing/disconnecting from previous sessions.</description>
