When you checked for pending processes did you change the date filter from Today to all and the status filter to Pending? People often miss pending items from previous days.
Also, too busy to run that process can indicate a connection issue, check all resources can be connected to to not only from your PC but from the application server.
If that does not help (which is similar to this: https://blueprism.knowledgeowl.com/help/resource-pc-is-too-busy-to-run-…) your next call will probably need to be the support team.

Resource Pool not working as expected

I created a Testpool9 having 5 HVD€™s. It€™s giving an error when we assign 2nd process on that pool. Also, It's always trying to assign the process to only one HVD.
Error Message - €œtestpool9 is too busy to run that process€.

What could be the reason and solution... We checked there is no pending process, created different pool but the same result.
