Java Application Element Highlight Issue

Hi All!

I am trying to automate a Java application, I have managed to attach to the application and highlight the banner which includes all of the buttons on it using 'Windows' spying method.

However, when I try to highlight the individual buttons on the banner using the Java spying method, it finds them, successfully but when I click highlight from the App Modeller it cannot find the element.

Any ideas?

Better use the Java Mode to spy Java Based applications. You just have to select Java Application in App Modeler and enable jab

%JRE_HOME%\bin\jabswitch -enable

I am using version 5.0.33 and JAB is already enabled on my machine. Still experiencing the issue.

Can you go into Java Mode while spying? Also how did you enable JAB? (Enabling it through Control Panel never works for me)
