You may be having an unrelated issue, but are you sure that you've adjusted your scaling? I know you mentioned it, but maybe check it again and adjust it a bit. Also recognize that you will need to log out of Windows and log back in after making setting changes like that.

Usually if the highlighting in Application Modeller is not showing around the elements properly and it's showing up displaced on the screen (wrong location but the right size for the element), it has to do with scaling, not resolution. But the resolution could be the culprit when elements are failing to be identified, especially if pixel numbers are involved in identification.

Can you give us a screenshot or two or some more info about the attributes being used to identify and stuff like that?

------------------------------
Dave Morris
3Ci @ Southern Company
Atlanta, GA
------------------------------

Hi Team,

We are facing issues while spying in WIN32 mode. Mouse cursor is at one point and BP highlights (SPY'S) at another place. Despite of spying the required fields somehow, when we highlight the element they are getting failed. We tried various windows based application and noting worked.

Screen resolution, scale, layout and other settings are similar to other's system. It work's for them but not in my laptop.

Any suggestions?

------------------------------
Harsha

------------------------------
