I believe everything is set up correctly, but I would assume when a new items enters the queue it should start up the ressources attach to the queue and start that proces. But it doesn´t? Is it a BP 6.2 bug? Really it's just a means of quickly changing the number of sessions currently working a queue. Genuinely intelligent/automatic work queue assignment is on the road map but as it is today, Active Queues is not yet like that.
