I want to make one Work Queue as Active Queue and need to assign the resource pool for this Queue. I am unable to select the pool which i had created earlier because it is not appearing the list. Navigate away from System, to Home. 3. Go to System > Workflow > Work Queues and set up the Active Queue. Step 2 is the bug - you need to move away from System to force your changes to appear.
