Date Format in CSV file changes when opened in excel

Hi Everyone -

Does anyone encountered this issue whenever a process is opening a csv file using the ms excel vbo open workbook action the format of the date changes, but when i open the file manually it does not change the date format. Any idea's or alternative for this.

For now I am opening the csv file without using ms excel vbo action but I think it is just a band aid fix.

Hi Everyone -

I think my logic here is wrong when I use excel action on getting data since I am getting data from a csv file I should use the action from Utility File Management and Utility string vbo and not the excel.
