Hi Team,

I have a doubt like
I am doing browser automation. I have used region mode to spy element.
Now i am running my workflow in different environment where the device screen changes from my PC screen.
Its not able to identify the region i have captured in region mode.
Please provide solution for this.

Thank You!!!

Hi Charishma,
as suggested by Mayur try to use HTML spying mode. If you use region mode and screen resolution changes then it will not work as the position of the region (image) will be completely different thus Blue Prism will click in different location.
Regards,

The best solution is to make sure the Dev environment matches Test and Prod. Trying to develop any type of solution for mismatching environments is going to be difficult, Surface Automation especially so.
