Blue Prism server setup on an external domain

Hi, We are trying to set up a Blue Prism server on an external domain. Our platform is a Microsoft Azure cloud server. We have successfully connected a Blue Prism client from the cloud to the Blue Prism server on the same cloud. However when we move the Blue Prism client out from the cloud, we get the error message "The server has rejected the client credentials". We would be most grateful if we could get some guidance.

Is there any documentation of cloud setup over Azure, Amazon (if supported). Basically how the Server and DB can be setup over cloud, how permissions are granted, what things will be required as pre-requisite by the Infra team. A low level installation, deployment guide and application governance documentation would help. Any ifs and buts to consider before thinking/concluding on cloud specific to Blueprism. Assume the robot licensing too remains the same as on-premise.
