aggregate the operating status of Blue Prism

Hello,

I would like to aggregate the operating status of Blue Prism from various perspectives.
For example, I would like to aggregate and analyze the number of runs for each schedule in each month of 2023 by status (normal completion, abnormal completion).
Please let me know the way to aggregate.
And I would also like to know about aggregate metrics that are useful for analysis.

Regarding the metrics suggested for analysis: Success rate, frequency and failure patterns, average time each process takes to be executed, types of errors and frequencies.
