WSDL Error Message

Hi,

We've exposed a Web Service with HTTPS certificate and it is imported successfully in blue prism with username and password.

But while we run that action from the blue prism process/object it throws below error.

"Internal:Unexpected error Error in web service - General HTTP error - Not found"

We're not able to understand what this error means and what can be the root cause.

Any idea about this?

Just curious. In your wsdl, for any URL pointing to a folder (IE the xmlns), do they all end with a trailing "/" character? I've seen where leaving this out can have similar results at run time.

Hi @Tejaskumar_Darji,

I don't think we can access that URL. What @AmiBarrett is suggesting is that you look at the actual WSDL file and verify that the values of all xmlns entries end with a "/" if they are a URL. Here's an example. Notice the items marked in red:

Have you tried accessing this service using a tool like SoapUI? That's usually what I go to in order to test and issues I run into with Soap web services.
