Get table items is not working using firefox browser in 6.10

Hello All,

I was able to spy table elements and was able to get the table items using IE in read stage.

In Firefox, I am able to spy the table but unable to read the table items in Read stage.

Below is the error: Internal : Failed to perform step 1 in Read Stage 'Action1' on page 'Read the Table' - The operation has timed out.

Kindly let us know if there are any workarounds

Hi @Namrata Katrale,

It seems you are trying to spy the whole table using Browser/UIA mode and you are facing issues. Did you try by spying just one cell of a table and then using "Read" stage to read the whole table?

This approach gives you the whole table in one shot including blank rows as well which later can be modified using "Utility-Collection Manipulation" VBO.

Hi @Namrata Katrale,

Which spying mode you are using?

Did you try with UIA and AA mode as well? The error might be coming due to blank values getting read from the table and generally the blank values are huge in numbers which might be causing the issue.

Yes, I have tried spying using UIA mode. I am not getting AA Mode for this website that I am trying.

If its giving timed out , that means you need to tweak your attributes a little . Also can you try updating your Firefox version . You can use surface automation at worst here .
