Hello. I'm wondering if there's any way we can read information from the application modeler and output it to the business object?

Use-case: lets say we have 6 different fields spied out for an application. We want to loop through those 6 fields/whatever fields exist in the application modeler, and run a check exists on all of them to validate the fields are found.

This would make it so that whatever new fields get spied out are automatically added to the list of fields to be validated/ would be great for regression testing.

It would also be useful to be able to retrieve the attributes for each element in the application modeler instead of having to attach and read them in from the actual application.

------------------------------
David Copeland
Associate Software Developer
Liberty Mutual
America/New_York
------------------------------
Hi David,

Currently Blue Prism does not have this functionality but it is a very good idea for you to incorporate it into your solution. Add your idea here: Share an Idea - Blue Prism Community

Regards

------------------------------
Jhogel Ponne
Senior RPA
Ernst & Young
America/Panama
------------------------------
Try this David. It won't retrieve everything, but it may be what you're looking for.
