We have an employee who has started editing, probably just viewing an object, but then has left on vacation. Now our whole team is locked out unable to make any changes to the object in question. When we try to open the object, we get the customary "Recover unsaved work..." dialogue that has the option to unlock the object. However, when we chose "Unlock the business object" option and click "Next" we get an error message saying "User X started editing the business object on machine Y. You cannot edit the business object while it is locked. Would you like to view it instead?" Is it possible that System Administrators have no way to override a lock like this?

Hi,
I am not sure but I believe you can try force unlocking the object from Blueprism's Object Management Tab, in System Manager and it should be available for you to work.
