Trust failure when automating Rest API

I was trying to automate Rest API included in university "https://university.blueprism.com/learn/course/16615/play/35803/using-web-apis-in-blue-prism" and got the following error . can you please help me understand the reason thank you.

"Internal : Unexpected error Error during Web API HTTP Request
Web Exception Status: TrustFailure/"

Can you please share the snapshot or the step where you are getting this error?

Also, have you provided the correct credentials while calling the API? Usually, this error would come when the user has not provided the credential information or provided incorrect info to authenticate the request.
