    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Luis, thanks for the reply, I think we will open a support ticket, was just wondering whether anyone had seen this behaviour before. It has never happened as part of a schedule, only when trying manually. It's a strange one.&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Hi Folks,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We have a strange issue with our BP installation - 6.10.5 - whereby if we try and send a login manually to a RR it will occasionally hang and not respond. It doesn't happen when using a scheduled login.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Obviously it's not a massive issue with the manual logins, but it does mean we have to restart the RR and we are concerned that this might start affecting our schedules.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Has anyone seen this before?       <description>We will need to see the event logs when the process fails.
