Using SAP mode, I am spying the field, and then passing the name of the option in Select Item action in Navigate Stage. It was working fine for nearly 6 months, but now it fails at that stage saying, could not select item with the name 'xyz'. I then tried passing just the position, but that is again not working, giving the same error.
