All of our machines are set to EST and our server is set to EST.

However, one of our machines has gone rogue and is returning 'get time' as UTC as opposed to EST. This is throwing off some of our timing logic for reporting.

Also, the control room says a process runs from 10am to 5pm, but when you open up the logs, the logs say the process started at 3pm and ended at 8pm.

Any idea what is the machine OS setting that drives Blue Prism local times?

Thanks,
Corey

------------------------------
corey drees
sr software developer
liberty mutual
America/New_York
------------------------------
Hi Corey - I'm sure you've already checked but you're sure all the infra, the client/resource machines, the app servers and DB servers are on the same time?

https://portal.blueprism.com/documents/v6-data-sheet-date-and-time-handling

------------------------------
John Carter
Professional Services
Blue Prism
------------------------------
