Issue in Outlook Shared VBO

Hello Team,

We are noticing a strange issue in working on Outlook VBO- Shared Mailbox.

BOT is reading the mails from Group Mailbox-> Processing the mail > doing replying to all .

the issue is that replied mails are not going in sent item but are going again to Inbox i.e bot is not removing itself from distribution list and hence running in infinite loop.

Pease help me out.

Can you post a screenshot of the VBO configuration (the input properties) for the stage where you're sending the email?

Do you know what version of the VBO you're using? Is it the one included in your BP install, or is it one you downloaded from the DX?

Hello Eric - Please find snapshot for Input dialog for Reply to all action.

VBO was not included in BP install. Shall i attach xml file of VBO as well?

Ok, so this is not standard Blue Prism-developed VBO? It would seem that way as the input you're showing does not match the standard VBOs Reply All to Email action.
