The resource is a VM based on Windows Server 2012 using Azure. There are four other resources based on the same architecture and are all operating as they should be. Currently the resource is showing as Offline in session manager under the control room and therefore is unavailable to run any processes. I can remote into this resource and have restarted it in the hopes that it would reconnect but to no avail. Is it connected? Is it started? Is it giving any error? Can you telnet to this VM on port 8181 (if default one used)?
