Cannot connect to BP server

Dear all,

When I was trying to connect to BP App server, error message below:

The HTTP request was forbidden with client authentication scheme 'Anonymous'.

Found a topic before but no password is changed.

Do you see this error when you click on the 'Test Connection' when trying to connect an interactive client with a Blue Prism Application Server?

If so, then this error can occur when using a proxy server for your LAN and you don't checkmark the 'Bypass proxy server for local addresses' option.

If the issue is with a public Runtime Resource, I would suggest to check from the System -tab the following option:

yes we are using a proxy server, would you mind sharing a bit more where can I checkmark the 'Bypass proxy server for local addresses'

Because we are not the one setting the proxy. Thank you very much.

which connection mode are you using? is it WCF message encryption or transport encryption?
