Integrating SharePoint Document Libraries?

Hi,

I have 20-30 share point libraries and each library have some 20 or more folders present( these folders are dynamic). Each folder may have different files like jpeg,excel or pdf .... that number of file also dynamic. I need to go to each library> folder> file based on the requirment either I need to delete or update the file

If it is just one folder I can map in to the local drive and easily Update,delete or move the file but the problem is It has 20-30 libraries which is not possible to map and also not able to navigate easily like folders in windows?

what would be the best way to integrate this 20-30 libraries in sharepoinrt.? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
