Today, Blueprism no longer recognizes the previously identified elements and it no longer lets me re-identify, it no longer highlights any elements. It seems the culprit was the co-existence of a newly installed automation tool.  I proceeded of uninstalling the new automation tool, reboot and it was safe to do an uninstall and reinstall of blueprism .
