Hi All,

We have developed a blue prism release using 32 bit blue prism, But the solution is unable to launch application when imported using 64 bit blue prism? when we select Restrict to non-invasive automation techniques check box in application modeler, solution is launching application and throwing exception (launch failed exception). can someone point out the issue?

Thanks,

BP has an option to use a 'hooking' technique to listen to the communication between the OS and the app, in order to interpret the state and elements of the app. The 'Restrict' checkbox is ticked by default because hooking is very rarely needed (I may have used it once in 10 years) and does not always bring any benefit. And sometimes it has a negative affect on the app, which I think is what could be happening here. My advice would be to leave the checkbox ticked and instead try changing the 'Application Manager' dropdown.
