Please let us know what is causing this error and steps to resolve this issue. FYI, I also made outlook 2013 as default client but still getting the below error. "Failure in Send Mail function of Blue Prism Extended MAPI Automation. Failed to initialise MAPIEx (A MAPI Error occurred : 0x80004005 : MAPI_E_CALL_FAILED)" Early response is appreciated as we need to demonstrate to client how blue prism automatically sends mail when exception occurs.
