Closing / Exit MS Word

Hi Guys, After copying from the MS Word application to the process, I have closed the instance, then exit word, then for housekeeping killed the process, however, the MS Word application still remains asking if i was to keep the copied information. Why is this still remaining after so many exits? and is there a way to close the application down fully?

Hi, Did you clear the clipboard using the Environment Utility? I have tried clearing the clipboard using the same and it does't solve my Word problem. Eveytime a big document is copied and closed, it gives a pop-up asking if I want to retain the clipboard data. Suggestions?

As you have already tried Clearing clipboard I would try Copy - Get clipboard - Set "Test" to clipboard - Clear Clipboard - Close Document - Kill the process.
