How to use/import Process template?

How to use/import Process template? I downloaded the template and tried to import it. It gives me below error message. An error occurred while attempting to import the release: 'system' is an unexpected token. Expecting white space. Line 163, position 48. Please find the attached template. Note: I am using BP 5.0.18.0

I have tried the below template. https://portal.blueprism.com/products/templates/process-template-1-v5-a… I have downloaded that as an xml file and tried to Import it. Please suggest me the right way in case if i am doing it wrongly.

I think the file you posted in this forum is corrupt - it doesn't import for me either. I'm wondering if it's due to some poor functionality in the Portal - when I press Download my IE displays the file content. If you do Save As here, the resulting file will not import. The better (and not at all obvious) way to do it is to right click on Download and select Save Target As. Try that.

Very good, sorry for the confusion, I'll ask our web site providers to look at improving the Download functionality.
