SAP did not respond message

Hello together,

I hope to get a helping hint or support to fix my issue.

It is a bit of strange behaviour, I guess.

We are implementing a reportgeneration in SAP.
The reports haven't the same response time.
They need between 10 seconds and 5 minutes to get a result page.

So I implement a wait-stage with a time out of 300 seconds and two pages for a filled or blank result. All works, if the report takes a short time.
At long waits, sometimes a Windows "SAP did not respond" occurs and the robot didn't get any time out, it looks like it freezes until I click retry on the message.
If I do the same again, it is also possible, that the error didn't occur again.
If I will do the time out shorter, it did not occur but I get a time out.

Do you have any fix or workaround on this issue?
