Hello, can't connect to the support portal so thought I'd try my luck here.

We are receiving the following error when logging into BluePrism from a runtime resource.
When logging into the app server with the same account, we don't have any issues.
We did do a reset of passwords on last Thursday. I have been able to login after that reset since these errors didn't start occurring until today (Wednesday).

Signon failed - The user name or password is incorrect.
