Logs details not transmitted to DB

Hi, does anyone have an idea why would the log details are not transmitted to the database? App server and all has been checked but no issues were seen. Could this be an issue w/ BP or DB? Thanks!

Hi,

do you mean the process logs? Whether the logs are enabled on the stage and in the System->Resources->Management-> Logging Level ?

Hi

Blue Prism can be setup to send session logs to database and/or data gateway. Might be worth checking if your setup is configured to setup the logs to alternate source.
