Issue while spying SAP element in AA mode inside one VM Machine

Dear All,

When I have used my machine to interact with the SAP element in AA mode it is working fine but when i try to interact within one of the VM Machine it is not working and throws error "More than one element matched the query terms" .

When my colleague uses the same machine and run it is working fine, but not working for me. When I have checked with the other VM, it is working fine. i have checked my screen resolution and RDC(Remote desktop) resolution and found everything is fine.

Attached the screenshot, you can see it identifies two elements,

Kindly note
* there are no other SAP sessions in that VM
* I could resolve with ancestor count attribute but I cannot change the object as it used by other bots and also I want to know the root cause.
* Issue happens when I connect that particular VM in my machine through RDC and runs it

We have found a solution and it is to change the System scaling to 100 in the display settings
