    <description>No connection to Resource PC suggests an issue with the network or the automate.exe process - the control room client is unable to connect to your remote resoure to provide it with a stop command or it is not getting a message returned saying the stop has been actioned.&amp;nbsp; Your starting point should be some basic network and resourcepc problem solving - can you telnet/http to the resoure from your client pc?&amp;nbsp; Have you checked the Windows Event Logs on the resourecpc for any errors?</description>

      <description>I have a process that it stuck on using Mapiex in the control room. When I try to do an immediate stop the above error is shown.

Does anyone know what this is related to and what causes it?

Does anyone else have issues sometimes with Mapiex?</description>
