I too face the issue "

The input is not a valid Base-64 string as it contains a non-base 64 character, more than two padding characters, or an illegal character among the padding characters."

reported here

In my case, I suspect the issue is a tilde (~) character is the access key string as all other input strings (account name & container name) have valid characters.

@ewilson can you or anybody else advise how this can be resolved.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Have you tried reaching out to VenturIQ about this? If you click the button marked "Community Supported" it will actually set you up to send an email to VenturIQ. They're better positioned to troubleshoot their asset.

Cheers,

------------------------------
Eric Wilson
Director, Integrations and Enablement
Blue Prism Digital Exchange
------------------------------
