The server has rejected client credentials

Hi , I'm having issue communicating Blue Prism Client(on AWS Public cloud) with Blue Prism Server(on Private cloud machine). Error : "the server has rejected the client credentials" Does anyone know what could be the reason ?

Blue prism version is 6.6

Note : Telnet is working fine from both the windows machines (client & server).

This error usually appears when there is no trust between the components.
Are the client and the server in the same Domain Vaibhav? If not, is there a trust between the two domains that the separate machines are hosted in? Also I assume you are using one of the "...& Windows Authentication" connection methods? WCF Insecure or .Net Remoting might work but I wouldn't recommend production running with either.

No they are not in same domain but they do have a one way trust.
Yes i am using .net Remoting Secure but didnt work either

We always recommend two-way trusts Vaibhav.

Also, the two domains have to be in the same Forest...
