Blue Prism over VPN connections

Good Day Team, Trust you are all doing well.

Does anyone have any suggestions or experiences with connecting to applications/Systems over VPN?
We are experiencing very slow performance even to a stage where the VM freezes to a standstill.
Currently we are using Forti-client and some on SOPHOS connect.
Depending on the process requirements, we have a few running with very large wait stages, but not all processes can afford this delay.
Any tricks will be appreciated, thank you.

Hi @GAVIN.RUDLING,

To be clear, the VPN connection you're referring to is between the runtime resources and the back-end systems you're trying to automate/integrate with, correct? Have you performed an network analysis to determine what sort of latency is being encountered over the VPN connections?

Hi Eric, Thanks for your response.

Yes that is correct

We have done some tests through ping and packet traces, but I am not too clued up with network connectivity.

But thanks for the advice, I will get our infrastructure guys to have a look for me.
