If you're already using the Outlook API to get EntryIDs then I'd suggest you write more code stages to read mail too - there are many examples online. The Mapiex API and Outlook API are different and it's not worth the trouble of trying to make them work together, I'd stick with one or the other. We'll be releasing an official Outlook VBO quite soon.
