Failed to launch application - Access is denied.(Exception From HRESULT :0x80070005(E_ACCESSDENIED))

We are getting an exception while launching Internet Explorer so that the Spy modes are not working , HTML spy mode is not visible
Exception : "Failed to launch application - Access is denied.(Exception From HRESULT :0x80070005(E_ACCESSDENIED))"
Could you please anyone help me to resolve my issue

Hi Kesava.

I want to ensure I understand what is happening. Are you saying that in the development process, you want to spy the application. However, when you attempt to launch IE, you get the error message you posted?
