MS Exchange Utility

Hi Community,

Start using MS Exchange Utility provided by Agilify team.
It requires no outlook in your system with lof of features. A helpful utility for emails.

Kudos to @agilifyTeam For providing us such a good utility. @Peter Tarrant and team thanks for utility. Really it helps a lot for our organization.

I would say everyone start using it and give feedback..

Hi @SarahKnowles1,

I imagine their VBO is compatible with BP 6.8. Forward compatibility typically isn't an issue. Backwards compatibility is a different story. 🙂

Hi all,

The Agilify Exchange VBO seems to have disappeared from DX. Has it been withdrawn? Just trying to plan for our next upgrade!

The Agilify VBO likely wasn't being supported for a while. I tried it a while back and it used to work for me, but it requires that EWS be turned on. I think organizations are likely starting to block that. I know almost nothing about the technical implementation there so maybe someone else will correct me.

As I'm aware, the best option for not having Outlook installed is Graph API. It was quite a journey for me to get Graph API allowed at our organization, but now we are using it for most of our email read/send operations, and it works great.

I will also add that we use the 'Outlook 365' object. There is some required set up for the Azure component, which took a little bit of strongarming our 0365 team. But once it was up and running it has been pretty bullet-proof, and does not require a local install of Outlook.
