Hi,

Has anybody faced a strange issue where a collection passed from Main process to subprocess gets reset to empty collection and process terminates due to empty collection.

BR,
Mahesh

------------------------------
Mahesh Khandalkar
Technical Architect
Tata Consultancy Services
Asia/Kolkata
------------------------------
I don't think I've seen that before. Does it occur every time or inconsistently? Also, does it happen if you step from the parent process into the child process in DEBUG mode?

------------------------------
Dave Morris
3Ci @ Southern Company
Atlanta, GA
------------------------------
Actually this is intermittent behaviour only in control room mode but works in debug mode. The collection becomes empty as soon as it enters the subprocess.

------------------------------
Mahesh Khandalkar
Technical Architect
Tata Consultancy Services
Asia/Kolkata
------------------------------
I've not heard of that behaviour before.

Check you don't have a collection with the same name somewhere else that could be conflicting.

------------------------------
John Carter
Professional Services
Blue Prism
Europe/London
------------------------------
Hi,

Do you happen to check "Reset to Initial Value whenever this page runs" on Data Item?
Try to make this unchecked.
By the way, I avoid using this functionality because this is very confusing.

Hope this helps.

------------------------------
Tetsuji Junicho
Manager of RPA Practice Grp.
Accenture Japan
Asia/Tokyo
------------------------------
