Not able to Spy - Windows Application

Hi , I am trying to spy a Cisco Jabber Messaging application. I have configured Application modeller as Windows Application, launched from exe file. But when I am clicking launch, Application is opening but Identify/Highlight button is not appearing, Launch button is only appearing. Please help.

One option is to use Attach to existing instance, but is there any alternative?

If application modeller isn't attached after clicking the Launch button inside of app modeller, I'd just go make an Attach page that uses a navigate stage to attach to the application. You'd launch the application with the executable, run the Attach page, and then open application modeller to start spying elements.
