    <description>I don't think the issue is with the resource's connection. If the resource is offline or busy, this should prevent scheduler from successfully creating the session.</description>

      <description>Good Day

&amp;nbsp;

I created schedules on Blue Prism and sometimes the scheduler creates the session in the control room but it does not start the session. It remains in a "Pending" status and thus prevents other scheduled processes from starting as the scheduler believes that the runtime eresources are busy.

Does anyone know what causes this and how I can prevent it from happening?

      <description>It could be that the resource was offline or busy at that time. Check the Recent Activity report in Control Room and maybe the windows event logs on the resource PC or app server.</description>
