How do i update or export data in ppt file

Hi,
Can any one please guide me how to update the data in ppt or export the data into ppt file.

Do we have any VBO or need to use code stage for this.

Hi Gupta,

BP doesn't provide any standard VBO to interface PowerPoint but you can take a look at the Digital Exchange, you might find assets published by BP partners and customers.
For example https://digitalexchange.blueprism.com/dx/entry/7846/solution/vuram-ms-powerpoint--vbo seems to be an asset that you can use. You might find more, check out the Digital Exchange https://digitalexchange.blueprism.com/site/global/home/index.gsp

Thanks for update Luca.
I have reviewed the provided asset but unable to spy the elements in slides of ppt file.
Our requirement is to edit or update the table in ppt file and also update the data in few slides.
Do we need to use code stage for this task? Can you please suggest apart from this.

I've never tried to spy elements in PPT slides but I'm afraid they are not recognized as standard UI elements by the .NET framework. You can spy and navigate the PowerPoint toolbar and use its actions, but it could be tedious. You might want to explore the possibility of using code stages to interact with the content of slides (PowerPoint exposes its object model via VBA). And maybe create a new asset to publish on the Digital Exchange!
