    <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I installed Capture tool and I trien to open it. &lt;BR /&gt;Unfortunately an error occurred.       <description>There is no antivirus on my VM - only classic Windows Defender. I solved this issue - incorrect version of Windows.
