I've seen this before on machines that were previously connected to via RDP. RDP will break Login Agent. You either need another way of interacting with the system remotely (IE TeamViewer, VNC, etc), or you need to have a batch file that runs on every RDP disconnect to have tsdiscon unlock the system to the desktop session.

login agent > login > log in step ERROR: the operation has timed out

Hi,

I'm able to log out with the login agent: log out. The login process also picks up all the credentials but then gives the following message:

ERROR: the operation has timed out

(see print screen attached)

any idea on how to solve this?

Regards
