      <description>Hello All&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We recently upgraded to BP 7.1.1 environment. Post the upgrade, our scheduler hasn't been working as expected and we get the error - "Timed out waiting for all sessions to start".       <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Try to retire that particular machine and then login to that particular VM start the resource bat file it will show something like resource is retired and now move back the machine from retired resource to control room available resource. This trick worked on 6.8 but worth to give a try on 7.1.1 as well.
