Salesforce and MFA

Hello all,

We are looking to automate Salesforce, and need to log in using MFA. APIs are not an option. Has anyone used an MFA tool in an automation to log in to Salesforce?

Hi Tom,

Never get chance to work on sales force. If the MFA involves user name, password and Authentication code( Assuming authentication code will be generated and sent through email) then definatley possible to Automate.

It is possible to parameterize the inactivation of 2F for RPA accounts according to the documentation: https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.security_mfa_exclude_exempt_users.htm&type=5

There are specific scenarios that need to fit, it is worth validating.
