Blueprism V5 with EDGE

Hi, We are using BP Version 5, and we are receiving a warning in IE that it will be discontinued on 06/15/2022.

I installed the extension of IE in MS EDGE but now I can't Spy the fields in my bots using Edge.. Can any of you help me to understand what is missing??

Hi Carlos,

I would like to advise you that v5 of Blue Prism has reached end of life, therefore it is no longer being supported by Blue Prism. You should look at upgrading to v6.10 or higher to get the best support of native MS Edge intergration using Blue Prism extension. You may also attempt on get Internet Explorer Mode for MS Edge to work in v5 (see https://bpdocs.blueprism.com/ie-mode.htm). There is a chance that it may work but Blue Prism will not provide any technical support for version of Blue Prism lower than v6.4 using this mode.

Also to remind you of the complexity involving Google introducing Manifest V3 in its extension. It currently impacts MS Edge and Google Chrome browsers. For details, please see this announcement.
