Hello,

Are Sample headers case sensitive?

Currently for a field "Ship To" I'm using Following 3 sample headers.

1.Ship To
2.ship to
3.SHIP TO

Also if the original field on invoice has special characters to it (e.g Ship To: xyz) then should I use "Ship To:" OR just "Ship To" is enough.

Just wanted to understand the right way of using it as good practice.

Hi Tejaskumar

It isn't case sensitive so all variances of "Ship To" should be recognized.

In respect of the special characters, I recommend including them as it enables you to select the entire fields and answer. Decipher will auto-remove the header from the result.
